What we look for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Fluent English and clear written reports
- Authorized to work in the United States
- A valid driver's license for most posts
- Able to stand, walk or patrol for a full shift
- Calm and professional under pressure
- A California guard card, or willingness to get one before starting
