What owners and managers in Otay Mesa deal with
The South Bay runs from dense older neighborhoods and auto rows near the bay to large master-planned communities in the east, with port, warehouse and border-crossing traffic running through it. We cover all of Otay Mesa, including the areas around Otay Mesa Port of Entry and Brown Field.
Vehicle and property break-ins
Parking lots, garages, storage areas and storefronts get tested first.
Patrol at irregular times, lighting and lock problems reported the same night, and a written record of every round.
After-hours trespassing
Loitering, dumping and people sleeping on property lead to bigger problems when ignored.
Polite, firm contact and documented trespass warnings, with law enforcement called when needed.
Homes, shops and community property
A handful of repeat problems cause most of the calls.
Patrol built around those problems, and reports that show whether it is working.
