What owners and managers in Hillcrest deal with
Central San Diego is the densest part of the county: apartments over storefronts, alley parking, older commercial corridors and steady foot traffic at all hours. We cover all of Hillcrest, including the areas around University Avenue, Scripps Mercy Hospital and UC San Diego Medical Center.
Vehicle and property break-ins
Parking lots, garages, storage areas and storefronts get tested first.
Patrol at irregular times, lighting and lock problems reported the same night, and a written record of every round.
After-hours trespassing
Loitering, dumping and people sleeping on property lead to bigger problems when ignored.
Polite, firm contact and documented trespass warnings, with law enforcement called when needed.
Apartments, HOAs and small businesses
Shared parking, mail areas and alleys are the weak points.
Evening and overnight patrol with a regular officer who learns the property.
